To keep you updated on the progress of the property, we use online resources that send updates throughout the transaction, and DocuSign, which makes signing documents simple. With emails, texts, phone calls and online systems, we prioritize communication and provide you with peace of mind every step of the way.

Daily Property Updates
We use an online system that sends updates about the property, including the schedule of open houses, online marketing locations, the property’s custom website and market feedback from buyers & agents. Daily emails are sent with a list of previously completed tasks and upcoming activities and events.
Simple Signatures
DocuSign allows documents to be signed anytime, anywhere, on any device, securely and with confidence. This saves our clients time by sending, signing and managing documents digitally. We provide this trusted system to our clients to make every approval digital and every transaction seamless.
Overnight Solutions
We use FedEx as our shipping service which provides pre-paid return postage and overnight delivery as well as overnight access to important documents. FedEx is reliable, quick and comfortable giving our clients a great sense of assurance your documents will be processed in a timely manner.
