Todd Frelinger
Todd Frelinger is the founder and broker of Prime Equity Properties Group. He is a federal and state court-appointed real estate broker specializing in bankruptcy, receiverships, partition actions, trusts & estates, and probate. He represents Chapter 7 & 11 U.S. Bankruptcy Trustees, bankruptcy attorneys, receivers, partition referees, professional fiduciaries, private trustees, and executors/administrators for nearly 20 years in Southern California. He is an affiliate member of the Orange County & LA County Bar Associations and very active in the Bankruptcy, Trusts & Estates, and Real Estate sections.
Todd works closely with trustees, fiduciaries, bankruptcy attorneys, receivers, bankruptcy trustees, and their clients to successfully close the sale of real property involving trusts, probate, bankruptcy, receiverships, partition sales, and conservatorships. He has extensive experience in the overbidding process in bankruptcy, receivership, partition actions, and probate cases. Todd is Chairman of the Estate Planning Group Network of Newport Beach/Irvine and members include prominent Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Litigators, Probate, Bankruptcy, and Elder Law Attorneys. Todd and the Prime Equity Properties Group have the knowledge and expertise to manage the entire trust or court supervised real property sales process from beginning to end. Todd graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing and management. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and offshore fishing. His greatest joy is his 2 daughters, Emily & Elizabeth, who are now young professionals living in Southern California.
